This species is macroscopically similar to Psilocybe mexicana Heim
All images below are from 2001




Here, for the first time sine 1991, our group of participants which included: Nataya, Chief Ill Eagle, Travis, Mike found the 2nd habitat location in the Ban Hua Thanon rice paddies where I first found this mushroom in 1991. And now it is ten years later. These beautiful samuiensis mushrooms were found approximately 500 yards away from where the first collection occurred in 1991.
